A freckle tattoo, also called semi-permanent, cosmetic or faux freckles, is a cosmetic tattoo that recreates small, natural-looking spots on the face. In this course, you learn the manual technique: the freckles are done by hand, with no machine. That’s what gives a much more natural result, and it’s simple and quick to master.

All downloadable PDFs

A programme: 1 skill per video

  1. 17 min

You learn to place a natural-looking freckle tattoo, tailored to your client’s face. 3 different effects, so every client leaves with the freckles she wanted.

  2. 66 min

After mapping, you pigment the freckle tattoo in 4 simple steps, entirely by hand. No electric PMU machine needed: a needle is all it takes, and you watch the full treatment on a real model.

  3. 15 min

The 2nd appointment, a month later, is the one that corrects and deepens the result. Technique-wise, you already know everything: here, you learn to run this appointment and judge healing by skin type.

  4. 19 min

You choose the right shade for your client’s skin tone, without hesitating, whatever her skin. And if you’d rather keep it simple, you use the 3 pigments I work with, listed in the downloadable PDF.

Become an outstanding PMU artist in 3 steps

Step 1: Learn by video

To learn freckle tattooing, you watch the videos like a movie, at your own pace, on your phone or computer. Each video covers one freckle tattoo skill: mapping, hand pigmentation, the touch-up and color theory. By the end, you can offer freckle tattoos that look like they were always there.

No need to take notes, it’s pointless: you download a recap PDF after every video. I’ve done it all for you.

Step 2: Practice at your own pace

For each skill, you get a simple exercise to complete before working on a real client. You can do it along with me, on screen, in the “Practice” section.

You keep the recap PDF as a cheat sheet while you practice, and you redo the exercise as many times as you want, until your hand feels confident.

Step 3: Get feedback from me on WhatsApp

I’m available every day to receive your exercises on WhatsApp. I review each one in detail: if it’s perfect, you move on; if not, I tell you exactly what to adjust.

And of course, if you have other questions about freckle tattoos or permanent makeup, or later about your first clients, I’m here to help with that too.

Your questions, my answers.

Frequently Asked Questions

You’ll learn the manual technique. Having tried both, I find that results done by hand look much more natural, and they’re easier to master and easier to learn. It’s clearly the must-have technique.

On average 1 to 3 years. Since they’re tiny dots placed by hand, they fade gently and naturally, depending on your client’s skin and sun exposure.

Your client can then come back for a refresh, or let them fade away if she’s changed her mind.

Yes, as long as you choose the right shade. On very fair skin, you stay with soft browns; the deeper the skin tone, the darker the shade.

In the Color Theory video, you learn to choose the pigment based on your client’s skin tone, and you can also use my 3 pigments directly.

Yes, 100%. Everything is explained from the start, step by step, as if you were starting from scratch. And if you already practice but struggle with a few things, you’re in the right place too: you’re here to fix what’s holding you back. I explain how the course adapts to these 2 profiles in the intro video.

It’s very simple. The freckle tattoo course includes 2 practice sessions, as exercises you send me on WhatsApp. I review each one: if it’s perfect, congratulations, you move on. And if there are things to improve, I give you my advice so you can try again and adjust, until your technique is perfect.

In the course, you can download a “Supplies” PDF at any time. Inside, you’ll find the exact supplies for your practice sessions and the ones for your clients. This way, you buy exactly what you need, without wasting anything.

Yes, it really can help you, and here’s how. The course is divided into 4 skills. Your difficulty necessarily comes from one of them. You watch the video that matches what’s holding you back (for example pigmentation or color theory). Then you send me the exercises, and I give you feedback until it’s perfect.

No, you can buy the course right now to learn and practice. Before you work on clients, though, the rules depend on where you live.

In the US, each state (sometimes each county) sets its own rules: California, for example, generally requires county registration, yearly bloodborne pathogens training and a hepatitis B vaccine, while Texas and Florida require a state license. In the UK, you usually register with your local council (in London, a Special Treatments Licence), and Wales and Scotland require a licence too; in Canada and Australia, it depends on your province or state, with public health or council registration and inspections. An online course never replaces the required hygiene and infection control training, so always check with your local authority.

For life. You pay once and keep access forever. You get all the updates and improvements without paying again. I also regularly add free bonus videos, with new models and new cases, so the course keeps bringing you something new as you grow.

As often as you want. My support never ends with the last video. Whether it’s the next day or 6 months later, if a permanent makeup question comes up, you message me and I’m happy to answer, 7 days a week. You’re never left alone with your doubts.

No, I don’t work with financing companies or funding programs. That’s what lets me keep a fair price and give you access to the course right away, with no paperwork and no waiting. Depending on your country, installment payments (for example with PayPal or Klarna) may be offered at checkout.
