Online courses are digital content supplied without a tangible medium. Access to the videos, documents and follow-up opens as soon as payment is confirmed, and is granted for life.
In principle, you have 14 days from the purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right can no longer be exercised for digital content whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and for which you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, a mandatory checkbox allows you to request immediate access to the course and to acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal. Payment cannot be completed without this consent. The version of these terms that you accepted and the date of your consent are stored with your order, and a purchase confirmation is sent to you by email.
The cancellation policy in section 5 applies to in-person courses. For an online course, any full refund ends access to the course. A payment dispute filed with your bank suspends access until it is resolved.
Access is personal and linked to your account. Only one video can be played at a time per account: starting playback on another device pauses the one in progress. Sharing your login details with a third party is prohibited.
Our in-person courses follow a structured programme combining theory and intensive practice.
